I tend to focus on more accessible brands and lines that I can see bicyclette carrying for my brand spotlights, but sometimes a girl’s gotta dream and reach for higher, more aspirational fashion. When I saw the images from Marchesa’s Fall 2010 collection, I immediately added the images to my inspiration folder, and have found myself returning to them countless times to gaze in awe.

Romantic and whimsical with sharp attention to detail, there is no shortage of frocks fit for a fairytale. I love the structural ruffles, bold jewel tones contrasted with sheer neutrals, and textural layers. And those tattoo-like, floral prints on the nude mesh? Fantastic. These are the kinds of dresses that every girl dreams of wearing.
